Kidney beans, red wine vinegar, black pepper to taste.
Ingredients: 3 cups water 2 cans low sodium kidney beans 1/3 cup olive oil, 3 teaspoons red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon salt Black pepper to taste 1 medium red onion, chopped 12 ounces ablacore tuna, drained
Directions: Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Mix beans and onion together in a separate bowl. Pour the mixture over the beans and the onion in a shallow bowl. Cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour. Transfer bean mixture to serving platter with slotted spoon. Break tuna into chunks and arrange on bean mixture.
