Grilled Marinade Tuna Steaks

Yield 4 Servings
1/3 cup dry sherry
1 Tablespoon ginger root, Minced
1 Tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, Minced
1 lb tuna steaks cut into 4

Directions:
1. Combine sherry, gingerroot, soy sauce, honey and garlic in a 1 cup glass measure.
2. Microwave uncovered at high for 1 minute or until mixture boils.
3. Cool slightly. Place tuna in a (11 X 7 X 1 inch) baking dish. Pour marinade over tuna. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
4. Remove tuna from marinade, reserving marinade. Preheat grill and arrange tuna on grill with thickest portions to the outside. Turn steaks over and baste with marinade. Serve immediately with warm marinade.
