Tuna Recipe - about us

Hi and welcome to my website. My name is Jim and I am the biggest tuna fish aficionado you have ever met. The truth be told, odd as it may be, is that tuna fish is, perhaps, one of my favorite foods. What’s funny is that I am not sure where this ever started. But, they say you can find everything on the internet… so there it is… the world’s biggest tuna fan.

I created this website to give people some of the recipes I have collected. This site is also open for sharing cooking ideas or anything else related to tuna fish. Sharing a tuna recipe is more than welcome. I especially prefer a good tuna salad recipe, or tuna steak recipe.

Notes about myself: I love to cook, (especially warm things on cold rainy or snowy days) but I am no master chef. I have developed a taste for cuisines of great variety and ethnicity (Just don’t give me anything with liver). Seafood is in all probability my favorite. Fishing is a great enjoyment. Springtime and the ocean are wonderful. I like dogs over cats and cats over birds.
